Lucid Software Accounts outside of OIT are NOT free. However, departments outside of OIT can purchase licenses for Lucid Software for $36.00 a year.
If there is an issue and you are unable to log in to Lucid Software, you will need to open an incident with the Software Tier 2 team. This can happen when you already have another Lucid Software account and the Software Tier 2 Team needs to invite you manually in to our Lucid Software team in order for you to use the Lucid Software EDU Premium features.

How the LucidChart Folder on Box Works
This explains where the charts are saved, once you have synced LucidChart and Box together.
At this point, if LucidChart is linked to Box, all of your LucidChart diagrams should sync to Box in a private folder called LucidChart located in your Box All Files list.
*NOTE: We have seen in testing that, at times, the syncing of diagrams doesn't work. To fix that, unlink the Box integration and then re-link it.
